Industrie 4.0 – Uma Revisão da Literatura

Resumo: O desenvolvimento dos mercados globais contribuiu também na formação dos novos clientes que se tornaram mais exigentes, o que, por sua vez, resultou em um desafio para as indústrias no que diz respeito à personalização de produtos, serviços eficientes e de baixo custo. A concorrência entre as empresas levanta a necessidade de estratégias globais para se manterem no mercado. O governo alemão criou, por meio de investimentos governamentais e da própria indústria, o programa Industrie 4.0, que tem por objetivo interconectar todas as áreas que compõem um processo produtivo por intermédio de redes inteligentes. Esse programa desafia a produção industrial a realizar uma 4ª. Revolução Industrial, onde os processos produtivos governem a si mesmos. Esse programa é capaz de solucionar problemas de produção e torná-la mais eficaz, possibilitando ganhos competitivos. Por se tratar de um tema recente e pouco abordado no Brasil, este trabalho tem o objetivo de apresentar os principais temas relacionados à Industrie 4.0 usando materiais de pesquisadores proeminentes na área. Para isso, foi utilizado o método de pesquisa bibliográfica.

Abstract: The development of global markets also contributed to the formation of new customers, who have become more exigent, which in turn resulted in a challenge for the industry with respect to the customization of products, efficient services and low cost. The competition between companies increases the need for global strategies to stay on the market. The German Government started, through government investment as well as from the own companies, the program Industrie 4.0, which objectives to interconnect all areas that belongs to the production process through a smart network to support all industrial process. This program challenges industrial production to achieve a 4th Industrial Revolution, where the production processes govern themselves. This program must be able to solve production problems and make it more effective, enabling competitive gains. Because this is a recent topic and little discussed in Brazil, this paper aims to present the main topics related to Industrie 4.0 using materials from prominent researchers in the field. For this, the method of bibliographic research was used.
