Sistemas Sensores em Desenvolvimento no Grupo de Fotônica do DES-UFPE

Resumo: Neste artigo são descritos alguns dos desenvolvimentos realizados nos últimos anos na área de Sensores do Grupo de Fotônica do DES-UFPE. Sistemas completos para aplicações científicas e industriais têm sido elaborados com base em uma metodologia que abrange desde o projeto da cabeça sensora e do circuito de processamento eletrônico dos sinais — passando pelo dimensionamento e implantação do sistema de comunicação mais adequado para a transmissão desses sinais — até o desenvolvimento do aplicativo de aquisição e gerenciamento dos dados para o usuário final. Algumas aplicações são brevemente discutidas, e três sistemas, um com potencial de aplicação no setor de petróleo e gás e dois outros desenvolvidos para o setor elétrico são descritos de forma mais detalhada.
